Account Deletion Request

Users of the CCDL app can request deletion of their account and personal data.

To request account deletion:

• Send an email to: support@ccdlglobal.com
• Include your registered phone number or email address or username.

Upon verification:

• Your account will be permanently deleted within 7 working days.
• Personal information associated with the account will be removed.
• Some transaction or legal records may be retained where required by law.
